Sarah Wildor was born in Eastwood, England, in 1972. She studied at the Royal Ballet School and graduated into the company in 1991. Promoted soloist in 1995 and principal in 1999. She is a dancer of great musicality, grace, intensity and personality.

Repertoire includes:
Dame Ninette de Valois’ Coppélia, Frederick Ashton’s Cinderella, Daphnis and Chloë, Enigma Variations, La Fille mal Gardée, Ondine and Rhapsody, Kenneth MacMillan’s Anastasia, Concerto, Gloria, The Invitation, Manon and Romeo and Juliet and Peter Wright’s Giselle and Nutcracker.

She resigned from the Royal Ballet in 2001 and now works as guest artist with various companies.
