She studied at the Moscow Bolshoi School (class of S. Messerer). Joined the Bolshoi Ballet in 1965 and danced with them until 1988. Coached by Marina Semyonova. Repertoire includes: Liuska (Golden Age), Mekhmene Banu (Legend of Love), Sylphide (Chopiniana), Aegina (Spartacus), Odette-Odile (Swan Lake), Kitri (Don Quixote), Henrietta (Raymonda). Awards: People's Artist of the RSFSR in 1984
